To start over
When you have had a sports career and you are about to start living without the sport that has been your everyday life. Or you stop a job that has been a big part of your life. You may be moving to another city or ending your education after a few years.

This week I was invited to participate in the “Internationally Certified Life Coach” through the ICC – International Coaching Community. Lars-Eric and Elene Uneståhl’s first Life Coach education. I learned so much.
