Start teaching others. An important key to your success, in my opinion, is that when you learn something new you want to immerse yourself in. Start learning others.

Of the 100s of people I have coached for more than 1 year, I see a quantum leap when the knowledge is transferred to a different person than themselves. When they tell how they solved different situations through their perspective it is only then, they learned for life.
